Important Notes

1. Platforms with individual GA4 installation (such as LeadPages or ThriveCart): GA4 will be installed on up to 10 pages/products/checkouts. Instructions will be provided for any remaining items.

2. Custom events: Up to 10 custom events are included. If you require more than 10, we will set up the first 10 and provide instructions for any additional events.

3. Tags & GTM: This setup does not include any tracking implemented via Google Tag Manager. We work exclusively with GA4. Enhanced eCommerce tracking is only offered for Shopify.

4. Automation & Sales Data: Your setup includes: Configuration of sales-tracking automation (via Zapier) for one platform and import of historical sales data from that one platform.

How it Works:

1. Onboarding Form + Access You’ll fill out a form and provide access to your tech stack (GA4, platforms where GA4 needs to be added, cart tool, Zapier, and any relevant funnel pages).

2. System Review + Recommendations We’ll audit your setup and provide recommendations to streamline your data, improve accuracy, and simplify your tracking system. This will be recorded so you can share it with your team.

3. Measurement Plan Confirmation Once the plan is approved, we begin implementation.

4. GA4 Setup + Automations + Historical Data We will optimize or create your GA4 account, set up your sales tracking automation, and pull historical data from one platform.

5. Dashboard Build Based on the approved measurement plan, we will build your dashboards and ensure all data sources are connected correctly.

6. Insights Walkthrough Once everything is populated with your real data, we’ll send you a personalized video walking you through your challenges, opportunities, and recommended next steps.

7. Timeline Once the measurement plan is confirmed, delivery of your dashboards and insights typically takes two weeks.

8. Communication & Support All communication for this build is done via Slack or email. This package does not include 1:1 calls.

9. Dashboard Customization Scope Your dashboards will be personalized with your brand colors, logo, and data — but the dashboards themselves are not custom-designed from scratch. They are implemented using the QuickStart Path templates. Any additional custom metrics, redesigns, or additional dashboards are outside the scope of this offer.

10. Refund Policy: Because this is a personalized done-for-you service that requires immediate onboarding, access setup, and hands-on implementation from our team, all sales are final and non-refundable.
